School Lunch Pizza Recipe

There are lots of recipes in this book, it looks interesting. I don't remember pizza (or pizza burgers) at school but my classmates do and this recipe is close to what they remembered (although NOT with Spam):

the lunches at Maple Dale were excellent. But at Nicolet High School the lunches weren't so much bad as lacking in comparison (think: Franks and Beans).
