CQ ? (the magazine)

I was looking for some ham radio info and somehow ended up searching for CQ Magazine.  Found out there is something called CQ but it has to do with the US Congress.  It appears that the CQ Magazine site is gone:

The April to September 2023 issues of CQ can be downloaded from that archived page.  The October issue was published electronically since I had seen it on the local public library Overdrive site.

I was wondering what had happened to the November and December issues - figured that they were checked out.  Nope, according to several web pages, CQ has suspended publishing:

There is also a lot of speculation that they may well be out of business.
