Terryscope translated from Chinese to English

Good for us but why didn't the owner put the Terryscope together ?

I was able to figure out all of the characters except for the top flap, I had missed it  while scanning the character tables.  The character is Ming which is Bright in English:

 machine translation is kinda hit and miss.  I did find a slightly better scan on the Hakes auction site but it still didn't seem to work with the Yandex translator.  Also as is true with what we used to called script versus printing in English, a similar difference exists between hand written calligraphy of Traditional Chinese and the machine readable characters displayed on the internet.  Sometimes after looking at hundreds and hundred of characters you miss something and that's partially because the internet versions are just enough different to camouflage themselves to me and possibly to the AI that does machine translation, too :)

  The Chinese characters don't really seem that important to the story but as was said during the ads they were intended as decoration.  Anyway, a fun job, well done.
