Man bone found

I used to live in the Milwaukee area so this prompted me to click:

Recently was thinking about The Grapes of Wrath so this Bradford beach story made me this of this scene from the movie:

The Joad family is crossing the California desert at night.   Winfield tells his sister, Ruthie: "I sure would like to see some of them man bones." (about 58 minutes into the movie).

Darryl Hickman is 91 in March 2023, he might still be able to get a peek if he can get to Milwaukee :)
